The FR3 310 frame is ideal if you want to complete boot-only inlineskates with decent frames, wheels and bearings in a 3-wheel setup.

The FR3 310 Complete Frame & Wheels set can be found on all FR3 310 and FRX 310 inlineskates like FR3 310, FR3 310 White, FRX 310 Black, FRX 310 Orange.

The FR3 310 Complete Frame & Wheels set consists of the following parts:

a pair of FR X2R 310 frames
and therefore also 6 axles and 6 spacers
6 black FR Street Kings 110mm wheels
12 FR MW7 Freeride bearings

Bolts to attach the frame to the shoe are not included.

Strengths:

This FR3 310 Complete Frame & Wheels set is cheaper than buying the frame, wheels and bearings separately.
The bearings and spacers are already pre-installed in the wheels, just like the wheels are pre-installed in the frame (but you will have to detach the front and rear wheel to be able to attach the frame to the inline skate boot).
The FR3 310 frame is Seba compatible.

Weaknesses:

Buying this Complete Frame & Wheels set and a FR3 Black Boot-only separately is more expensive than buying a complete FR3 310 skate.
The FR1 310 Complete Frame & Wheels set is similar and better (with the same quality-price ratio and thus more expensive).
