THEM 909 Too Easy is an aggressive inline skate and it is a full skate, not boot-only contrary to most models of the brand THEM.
The liner has a nice design and covers partly the cuff, which gives a good-looking view. The liner is comfortable.
The shell/boot material is made of Impact Resistant Plastic (TPU) material, harder/tougher for added support and longer lasting.
The 2.0 soul plates have thick interior "walls" (of Nylon) for longer lasting.
The UFS street skating frame has been designed by Kyle Sola and Jon Julio. It has a low H-block position, designed for use with either flat or anti-rocker wheel setups. It is made of durable, low-friction material, made from injection-mold glass-filled nylon.
It has precision-milled aluminum frame spacers and custom-made steel axles, with asymmetric head. You only needs one tool to tighten or loosen the axles.
You have a low riding height: 30mm from top of frame to middle of axles.
The frame fits up-to 58mm wheels for flat-rocker setups. The inline skate comes pre-installed with four wheels with flat radius.
The frame has 110mm distance between middle wheels, which means there is a quite large H-block.
As we are used from THEM, the size tabel is rather peculiar:
- Size X-Small = 5/6 US = EU 37-38
- Size Small = 7/8 US = EU 39-41
- Size Medium = 9/10 US = EU 42-43
- Size Large = 11/12 US = EU 44-46
Strengths:
- Good-looking
- Comfortable liner
- Good overall quality
Weaknesses:
- The bearings are not of the highest quality.
- Peculiar size table.
