The 110mm wheels are great for cruising at higher speeds, but might be a more difficult choice for skaters who are less experienced.
The higher boot design helps add more stability when learning to ride taller wheels thus creating a better sense of stability and control when skating.
The Rollerblade Macroblade 110 3WD has a softshell. For fitness inline skate some people prefer this over hardshells.
Overall this is a great fitness inline skate.
A weakness is the mounting of the frame, which cannot be switched.
The pink and violet colour variations have a slightly more feminine colour touch; that's why their original name on the manufacturer's box is the Rollerblade Macroblade 110 3WD W (the W of Woman).
In the violet colour variation, there are less sizes, but an additional sole is included in the box, that can be put under the inner sole, to "lose" half a UK or US size (for instance going from EU 38.5 to EU 38).
We advise to take the same size as for a shoe if you have narrow feet, else one size more.
